Luxury Smoking Goods Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy on all unopened tobacco products in perfect condition. Customers must arrange and fund return shipments using appropriate packaging and tracking. Before returning any items, please request authorization through our customer service portal. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise. Essential exceptions: For compliance with UK tobacco laws and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns of any products where seals have been broken, packaging opened, or items handled. This applies to all cigars, pipe tobacco, and smoking implements in our collection.
